The Constitution and Declaration of ViSalus Leadership

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all human kind should have an opportunity to pursue Life, Health, and Prosperity. That the foundation of the ViSalus community will be based on commitments, principles and declarations as to create security for all members.

The Six Commitments of the ViSalus Corporate Leadership Team:
Commitment #1: We are not the owners of, but rather the nurturers of the commitments, principles, and declarations below.
Commitment #2: We are committed to scientific excellence and will always create the highest quality products backed by
the greatest scientific research available.
Commitment #3: It is our duty to be transparent to our distributors, for they are the heart of our cause.
Commitment #4: We are committed to the prosperity of our distributors and will always seek to align ourselves with the point of view of our
distributors, therefore constantly improving distribution systems and tools on his or her behalf.
Commitment #5: We are committed to our customers and will do everything within our power to govern the experience of our customers. Such commitment is demonstrated through our 100% risk recourse policy and our strict distributor policy and procedures.
Commitment #6: We will lead our industry through constant technological innovation in support of our distributor partners.
The Five Founding Principles of the ViSalus Community:
Founding Principle #1: All members will have a friend in the community; it will be the first course of action for existing members to find and
pair up new members so that they may benefit from the shared values of the ViSalus Community.
Founding Principle #2: All members will have a role within the community. Such roles will be organized by the regional leaders of each
community, and will be delegated based on each member’s work ethic.
Founding Principle #3: All members will adapt the Constitution and Declaration of ViSalus Leadership and make decisions within the
constructs of it.
Founding Principle #4: All members must be educated as to our company’s history so they may pioneer our future.
Founding Principle #5:
The ViSalus community is for those that have aligned with our core values of Life, Health, and Prosperity. Such core values were derived from the belief that growth and contribution are the two most important psychological needs of every human being, and that our core values are the pillars of individual growth.
On this foundation, we make The Three Declarations of the ViSalus Community:
Declaration #1: Belief Creates Reality, Purpose Creates Destiny:
One with purpose is inspired with every breath taken. One who is inspired can respire freely, and to respire freely is to breathe. The ViSalus community was created to help its members awaken to their purpose, and designed to help them find greater meaning so that they may breathe life into others.
Declaration #2: Our Cause is One of Education – Teaching Others About Health and Entrepreneurship:
The public educational system has failed the mass majority. The current system does little to teach us how we can truly unleash our full potential through business ownership, and has failed to teach our families the importance of our personal health. The system has created disempowering belief systems, an epidemic health crisis, and lack of practical financial understanding for those that it governs. We recognize the personal consequences of such lack of knowledge and therefore have gathered to effectively fulfill the educational void created by this flawed system. We provide such education first to our families, second to our community, third to the United States and fourth to the World. Our impact will be felt by all that come within our presence.
Declaration #3: We Celebrate Difference:
We seek those that are different, those who rise above the rest. We believe those who are different can change the world; therefore, we seek to provide a community for those that are different. Through unification of the community towards a common cause, we will change the world through education.
We therefore declare the foundation of our community to be the pursuit of individual growth and education of both entrepreneurship and health to fill the void of knowledge left by the incomplete education our members have received. All members are empowered to educate themselves and to simultaneously educate those around them. All members are empowered to attend the ViSalus educational events for as long as they are in alignment with the core values and Declaration of Leadership.

All members will understand that compensation drives behavior. It is our charge to teach new members that compensation comes first through contribution, second through significance, and third monetarily. In this way we will replace the damaging beliefs that are so prevalent in society; beliefs that keep us from breaking the mold to unleash our full potential, but rather keep us in jobs so that we make another’s fortune at the expense of our time. Through this understanding, our members will build for themselves a way to create the wealth to construct an empowered life-by-design.
